We use AUSTRALIA POST for shipping items within Australia. All postage is calculated in real time with Australia Post with an additional cost of $2.50 for handling and packaging per order.
International (other than Australia)
We use AUSTRALIA POST for shipping worldwide. All postage is calculated in real time with Australia Post with an additional cost of $2.50 for handling and packaging per order.
We will process your order within 7 working days of receiving it. Once it is posted, delivery times will be in accordance with Australia Post .
Online materials and learning modules are available within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

W&L Education Refund/Return Policy
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the W&L Education Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions.
W&L Education wants its customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchases, please contact us via our enquiry page on the website within 7 days of the receipt of the product. You will be issued with a Return Authority Request number. If the item is unopened, send it back to us in the original packaging and W&L Education will offer you a store merchandise credit. You must return the product to W&L Education, 2/59 Fullarton Road, Kent Town SA 5067, within 7 days of the issuance of the Return Authority Request. All products must be in its original, unmarked packaging.

Only our payment provider can access the credit card information and that information is neither recorded nor stored by W&L Education. The transaction has a very high level of security.
Your contact information is sent to W&L Education’s server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorised customer service staff. Other W&L Education employees do not have access to the information.
